Everything a new citizen needs — where we came from, how the trades work, and how to get from "just landed" to running a stall in a packed cantina.
Every galaxy needs its hunters and its armies, but somebody has to make the armor, cook the stims, build the houses, and give the whole place a reason to stick around after the fighting's done. Starlight is that somebody. We're the crafters, the architects, the chefs, the musicians, and the dancers — the people who turn a server into a place instead of just a combat log.
We're a community built on top of a real, player-run Star Wars Galaxies Core3 galaxy — the Pre-CU era, before the game got simplified into something else. If you remember spending an evening decorating a player city or watching a full cantina heal a raid party, you're home.
Artisan is the shared root for every crafting path. From there you branch into Elite professions, each specializing in a different slice of the galaxy's economy:
Everything you make can move through the bazaar, a player vendor, or a direct trade — that flow of goods between crafters is most of what keeps a Core3 economy alive.
Musicians and Dancers heal Battle Fatigue and Mind Wounds — the damage combat leaves behind that medicine alone can't touch. Anyone fatigued just has to watch a performance for it to start working.
A packed cantina is the actual social center of a Core3 galaxy — more deals get made, more guilds get formed, and more friendships start there than anywhere in the field.
